CHIN CHIN x MONA

Chin Chin’s Benjamin Cooper heads south to join forces with our own Vince Trim for a couple of days of collaboration, experimentation, and darned good cookin’.

On the Saturday night there’ll be a one-off dinner at The Source Restaurant, complete with back-vintage wines from our Moorilla winery (presented by winemaker Conor van der Reest).

Tickets for the dinner are now sold out, but you're still in luck. On Sunday, Benjamin and Vinnie will be setting up in the fires of the Heavy Metal Kitchen, slinging a combination of Mona and Chin Chin dishes that you can buy and eat at your leisure on the lawns while you take in some free music (and maybe a glass of something tasty, too).
